Marie-Thérèse is a technical writer and a professional translator who is currently studying to obtain a bachelor degree in translation and revision at the Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO). She studied History and French at the Université de Moncton in New Brunswick, holds an Attestation of Collegial Studies in the field of micro-computers from the Collège de l'Outaouais as well as the IT Service Management Foundation Certificate (ITIL – Information Technology Infrastructure Library).

Marie-Thérèse has been working in the field of French language for about 20 years, was a journalist for over 10 years with different media in New-Brunswick (print and radio), has been a teacher of French as a second language for over 6 years and has been performing technical writing and translation work for the last 5 years.

Marie-Thérèse has broad experience with documentation management, as well as with producing installation and user guides in Word format and electronic format (RoboHelp).
