• Extensive experience in writing user documentation guide and technical specifications;

Fluent in both written and spoken English and French, she is familiar with federal government French quality control standards as well as the Federal Identity Program (FIP), the Treasury Board's Common Look and Feel Guidelines and accessibility issues for Web sites.
