Allan Drake is the president and co-founder of Alika Internet Technologies Inc. He is a certified Lotus Notes consultant with over eight (8) years of experience. He has built several Web sites and dozens of Lotus Notes applications and has been involved in all phases of their development and maintenance.

His accomplishments and fields of expertise include:

• Development of applications using Lotus Notes, Verity and other products;
• Web site and database conception, design, development, implementation and analysis;
• Analysis of hardware and software requirements, delegating work, creating workflows, designing and reconstructing publishing programs and procedures, problem identification and resolution;
• Implementation of many Government On-Line (GOL) Portal Web sites and Lotus Notes applications;
• Skilled in Lotus Notes server administration and installation;
• Strong analytical writing, programming and organizational skills.

Most of the Web sites that he has been involved with are related to the Government On-Line initiative. He is familiar with federal government policies, procedures and standards such as the Federal Identity Program (FIP), the Treasury Board's Common Look and Feel Guidelines and accessibility issues for Web sites.
